Return Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Aggie’s Closet! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved jewelry, message card items).

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (if marked final sale).


Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@aggiescloset.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [yourstore@email.com].

To return your product, please contact us at info@aggiescloset.com for return instructions and address.

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
